The St Vincent de Paul Society is pleased to announce that we are now responsible for the management of Hopeworx, a wonderful furniture project in Rayleigh. Together, we will continue our shared mission of alleviating poverty and supporting those in need in the community.
Hopeworx@SVP will continue to operate as normal. We look forward to building on the success of the project, working alongside others in the community, helping those in need, and to providing practical help to those that need it.
We are a Chirstain based non-for profit social enterprise and a registered charity. We seek to meet the needs of our local community and one way of doing this is by providing affordable second-hand furniture, appliances and other household items. As a charity we provide furniture to those on low incomes at reduced prices and work with various agencies to help those who are struggling with day to day living. read more
